Was deer hunting in the area and pulled out my trusty PB app and found this spot. It’s more like a mole hill than a Peak. Since Marcus (from Peak Bagger) was here in the other visit to this spot, the Forestry Department has cleaned up the road. I used to camp and hunt up here in the 90s as a kid and this road was nasty. Last time I was up here was 2006 and we turned around at Onion Valley because the road was awful and impassable with a stock 4×4 Chevy pickup. They are currently up there working on the road, lots of equipment along the way. But it is an easy drive to this Peak. You can drive right up to small two track trail, there is a log blocking that trail so you will have to park before. But from here, it is only .17 miles to the top, I jogged it in about 2 minutes. Nice view of Mokelumne Peak and can see the backside of Round Top from here. My easiest green dot to date.
